HAMPTONS PONY

Hamptons Pony Camp is a wonderful opportunity for boys and girls (Ages 5-16) to learn about horses in a beautiful safe environment. We nurture the whole child through ponies, riding lessons, horsemanship, yoga skills & nutritional education. Our horses are carefully selected by our professional instructors and only the most well-mannered horses are chosen. 

Activities include:

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR PONY CAMP?

To register for Pony Camp please call Joanne Jimenez at 239-207-1664 or email jojocjimenez@gmail.com to confirm a spot is available and return our camp registration form. You will have the choice to pay by credit card, cash or check. Payment can be made upfront or on your child's first day of camp. Please note: Jimenez Jumpers requires a 50% deposit to hold spot at time of registration. Registration is ongoing!

WHAT SHOULD MY CAMPER WEAR & PACK?


Breeches, paddock boots & riding helmet

 

Bottled water or a refillable water jug

Packed lunch - If your camper’s lunch needs to be refrigerated, please pack lunch with an ice pack inside or inform the instructor if you would like the lunch placed in the refrigerator. Please do not send meals that need to be microwaved. 

Sunscreen & bug spray (applied before camp each day​) If your child has allergies, you may want to give them allergy medicine before camp.

IS MY CHILD READY FOR PONY CAMP?

If you'd like your child to have riding practice before attending camp we suggest signing up for a private lesson beforehand.

Upcoming Pony Camp Schedules

Beginner to Immediate Rider Pony Camp  (School pony. Ages 4 and up)

Summer Pony Camp Dates::

 

June 17th - June 21st, 2024 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Half Day Camp Times: 9:00am to 12:00pm

Cost: $375 per day or $1450 per week

 

June 24th - August 23rd, 2024 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays)

Half Day Camp Times: 9:00am to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Cost: $1450 per week

Extended Day Times: 9:00am to 4:00pm 

Cost: $2200 per week

June 1st - August 24th, 2024 (Saturdays)

June 1st, 8th, 17th, 22nd, 29th / July 6th, 13th, 20th / August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

Half Day Camp Times: 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Cost: $350 per day

Registration Form

All camps require a 50% registration deposit to hold a spot. Purchasing and/or leasing pony opportunities are available.

Premium Private Lessons

Hampton Ponies also offers private riding lessons for the novice rider. Learn how to walk, trot, canter & jump on one of our lesson ponies   Either 1/2 hour or hour lessons 

Small Group Lessons & Horsemanship

If you enjoy the combination of horsemanship(grooming &  tacking up) as well as riding this is for you. Very small group lessons according to skill level.  2 1/2 hour sessions. Individual riding programs can be arranged to best suit your child riding needs.

We are trilled to announce a new partnership between Hamptons Community Outreach and Hamptons Pony! Together we are launching a riding program offering a life-changing equine experience to underserved children. Led by Joanne Comber-Jimenez, this new program will teach underserved children how to ride and benefit from barn life. Studies have shown that spending time with horses can improve children's cognitive abiilities, confidence as well as their physical and emotional well-being.
